Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your Microplane tools to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the original packing slip is included inside the box for faster processing.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned kitchenware, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
